About The Role:

The Training Coordinator is responsible for developing, implementing, facilitating, and evaluating training programs that support employee performance, safety, and career development. Working closely with facility leadership, supervisors, and production teams, this role will ensure employees receive the training and resources needed to succeed while supporting strategic workforce development initiatives.

What You'll Do:

- Develop, implement, and monitor facility training programs.
- Partner with management to assess workforce training needs and identify development opportunities.
- Collaborate with floor leads and supervisors on employee evaluations, skill assessments, and development planning.
- Continuously evaluate training effectiveness and update training materials and curriculum as needed.
- Manage training documentation, records, and reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate and track employee participation and progress within the Department Mastery Program (DMP), supporting cross-functional workforce versatility.
- Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding programs.
- Create and maintain training materials, presentations, brochures, multimedia resources, and visual aids.
- Deliver training through a variety of methods, including classroom instruction, demonstrations, on-the-job training, workshops, meetings, and conferences.
- Provide feedback and training recommendations to facility leadership regarding employee performance and development.
- Facilitate continuing education and leadership development programs.
- Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships throughout the organization.
- Provide logistical support for training events, course development, implementation, and evaluations.
- Assist with the development and execution of strategic training initiatives.
- Lead and promote safe work practices in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Who You Are :

- Minimum of 3 years of training, learning and development, workforce development, or related experience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage the full training lifecycle, including needs assessment, planning, development, implementation, coordination, monitoring, and evaluation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with employees and leaders at all levels of the organization.
- Regular, full-time, predictable onsite attendance is required.

Preferred

- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Training & Development, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field.
- Experience supporting leadership development and continuous improvement initiatives.
