The Supervisor.Fiberglass.I will direct the Quality team at Fiber Glass Systems L.P.'s Grand Bay, Alabama tank manufacturing facility. This role ensures the facility’s Quality Management System (QMS) is fully operational, drives continuous improvement, and guarantees adherence to customer, internal, and regulatory standards across all processes.
- High School diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or higher degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years QC/QA experience in manufacturing, including 1+ year in a lead/supervisory or trainer role (or equivalent demonstrated leadership)
- Proven knowledge of ISO 9001 standards.
- Strong leadership and team‑building skills.
- Excellent problem‑solving and root‑cause analysis abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in QMS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel occasionally to other company sites or customer locations.
- Experience with reinforced plastics is highly desirable, as is familiarity with ASME, ASTM or other industry related codes and standards.
