About this role
- Lead and manage the Quality Management function for the manufacturing operation.
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with internal, customer, and ISO 9001 requirements.
- Ensure quality assurance, quality control, auditing, and inspection processes support operational and customer requirements.
- Promote continuous improvement by identifying quality risks, addressing root causes, and strengthening manufacturing processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, Management, or a related field required.
- 10+ years of quality experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- 10+ years of experience working with ISO 9001 requirements and Quality Management Systems.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance, quality control, auditing, inspection, corrective action, and continuous improvement practices.
- Experience leading quality programs and supporting internal and external audits.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively with manufacturing teams, leadership, customers, and other cross-functional partners.
