Solution Executive - Quality Management Consulting Services

Job Title: Solution Executive - Quality Management Consulting Services Job Description The Solution Executive will lead key sales pursuit activities throughout the business cycle, including Pre-Sales, Transition to Delivery, and Account Management within the Quality Management Consulting Services Practice. This role requires excellent communication skills to engage with all levels of an organization and effectively articulate complex quality, compliance, regulatory, operational, and technical challenges. The Solution Executive will be responsible for generating new consulting revenues, requiring travel approximately 50% of the time. Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor the Services Business Development team through account planning by assessing client relationships, competitive landscape, market conditions, and existing engagements.
- Work directly with clients to assess business objectives, Quality Management System needs, regulatory obligations, technical requirements, and process gaps.
- Identify and shape consulting and managed services opportunities across QMS assessment and remediation, supplier quality, audit programs, and more.
- Engage with technical experts, consultants, and leadership to ensure solution quality and effective client communication.
- Drive discovery, solution development, scope definition, estimation, proposal development, presentation, and contracting activities.
- Manage the project origination process, including internal communications, contractual readiness, and project initiation support.
- Conduct periodic health checks with client project teams to confirm alignment with quality, compliance, and business objectives.
- Develop case studies, reusable assessment frameworks, methodologies, and proposal content.
- Establish and manage relationships with partners, technology providers, and certification organizations.
- Co-facilitate regional partner summits, client workshops, and solution briefings to strengthen market engagement.

Essential Skills

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Operations, Life Sciences, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 12+ years of experience in quality, engineering, manufacturing, regulatory, operational excellence, consulting, or technical services.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, writing, and executive communication skills.
- Strong business, quality, and engineering acumen with the ability to identify client needs and develop solutions.
- Experience with consultative sales, opportunity qualification, scope development, proposals, client presentations, and project transitions.
- Knowledge of quality systems, audits, supplier quality, risk management, metrics, and continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with industry standards and methodologies such as AS9100, IATF, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Lean, and Six Sigma.
- Ability to translate gaps into actionable improvement programs with defined scope, resources, timelines, and governance.
- Experience in regulated or quality-driven industries such as automotive, aerospace, medical devices, manufacturing, energy, or software-enabled products.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

- Proven ability to collaborate across business development, delivery, finance, contracts, and technical teams.
- Existing relationships with quality, engineering, operations, or regulatory leaders are a plus.

Work Environment This role requires approximately 50% travel and involves working closely with business development teams, clients, and practice leadership. The work environment is dynamic, involving collaboration with various technical experts and industry partners to deliver high-quality consulting and managed services solutions.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $125000.00 - $175000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
