What You'll Do

- Develop and maintain BIM models throughout the entire project lifecycle, from conceptual design through construction.
- Produce detailed and accurate Revit models for industrial and commercial facility projects.
- Perform clash detection and model reviews using Navisworks to improve coordination and reduce project risk.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, designers, and project teams to resolve design challenges.
- Support BIM standards, project documentation, and quality-control initiatives.
- Assist with model coordination across multiple disciplines.
- Recommend process improvements that increase project efficiency, accuracy, and consistency.
- Contribute to innovative, technology-driven project solutions that enhance project delivery.

What We're Looking For

Experience with Autodesk Revit and BIM modeling workflows Familiarity with Navisworks and AutoCAD Understanding of construction documents, drafting standards, and design coordination Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary project environments Eagerness to learn new technologies and expand technical capabilities Interest in growing into BIM Coordination or broader project support responsibilities

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $36.06 - $48.08/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits
