Pay:
- 1st Shift: $19.14/hour
- 2nd Shift: $20.14/hour
Schedule:
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
Job Summary
We are hiring Machine Operators to join a manufacturing team in a fast-paced production environment. This position involves operating an automated welding machine with computer-guided instructions, inspecting parts for quality, and supporting assembly operations.
This is a great opportunity for candidates with manufacturing, production, machine operation, or assembly experience. Training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Load and position parts into an automated welding machine.
- Use computer-guided instructions to operate the equipment correctly.
- Monitor the machine during production and ensure parts are processed properly.
- Inspect finished parts for defective or poor-quality welds.
- Identify quality issues and follow proper procedures when defects are found.
- Perform basic production and assembly tasks as needed.
- Cross-train on the assembly line and other manufacturing processes.
- Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Meet production and quality expectations.
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, or assembly experience is helpful but not required.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work with computer-guided equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Willingness to learn multiple production processes.
