Machine Operator / Line Operator – Night Shift

Pay: Starting at $15.00/hour, depending on experience
Night Shift Differential: Additional $1.00/hour
Schedule: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Job Summary

We are hiring dependable Machine Operators and Line Operators to join a manufacturing team on the night shift. This is a great opportunity for candidates with manufacturing, production, machine operation, or assembly experience.

Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment.
- Set up and load materials or components into machines as needed.
- Monitor the production line to ensure products meet quality standards.
- Inspect finished products for defects or quality issues.
- Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Record production information and report equipment or quality issues to supervisors.
- Meet established production and attendance expectations.
- Perform other general production duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, or line operation experience is preferred.
- Ability to work a 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM night shift.
- Strong attendance and reliability.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
