Standard Job Description
The position will provide direct support to the Aegis International Training Program for the execution of current and future contracts. The candidate will help determine customer requirements and translate these requirements into organizational plans which will include the development of statements of work (SOW), work breakdown structures (WBS), integrated master plans (IMP), risk assessments, schedules, and financial tracking tools. The candidate will also coordinate with Export Control as needed to execute the training plan. The candidate will have a high level overview of the program and will proactively address conflicts of schedule, initiatives, and plan execution. The candidate must interface with a multi-discipline team, program managers, external customers and subcontractors.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 3 years of professional experience; or 1 year of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered experienced, but still a learner.
Ability to prepare and present various types of reports for senior management levels (internal and external).
Strong organizational skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to interface with persons of diverse international backgrounds.
Experience with MS-Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
Travel may be required.
Ability to obtain a security clearance.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $70500.00 - $130900.00
