Modern INFINITI of Greensboro is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our growing team. Our Service Advisors typically work with 10–20 customers per day , providing a great opportunity for someone who is customer-focused, organized, and motivated to build strong relationships while maximizing their earning potential.

What You'll Do
- Greet customers and write accurate repair orders
- Recommend maintenance and repairs based on customer needs
- Communicate vehicle concerns and repair recommendations clearly
- Keep customers updated throughout the repair process
- Coordinate with technicians and the service department
- Build long-term customer relationships
- Provide an exceptional customer experience from check-in through delivery
What We're Looking For
- Previous automotive Service Advisor experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Organized and able to manage multiple customers
- Automotive knowledge and ability to explain repairs clearly
- Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
