Requisition Summary

The Sales Application Support Analyst is a key member of the Sales Application Team. This role supports the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and responds to Sales Tool questions and requests from dealers and internal teams. The analyst also works with multiple teams to ensure dealer and internal sales staff are properly set up in CRM and can use it effectively to support customers.

Job Functions / Responsibilities

- Provide support on CRM related questions from external customers and internal teams in the shared outlook inbox

- Act as a backup to the Option Approval Request (OAR) process. Coordinating between dealers and engineering reviewers, and maintaining service level standards for approval cycle times

- Interface with dealers by providing detailed, step-by-step procedures for troubleshooting complex truck specs

- Assist with training internal and external clients in the use of the sales tool

- Assist Sales Application Development team with maintenance of Experlogix Design Center

- Assist with internal skill development with other groups such as engineering or marketing

- Assist with process improvements and documentation updates relating to CRM workflows

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field strongly preferred

- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Salesforce CRM preferred

- 1-2 years of truck industry experience is preferred

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely and collaborate effectively with a wide variety of people and functions

- Proven ability to gather and analyze information to resolve problems efficiently; capable of managing multiple time-sensitive tasks with minimal supervision

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, with practical experience using MS Excel to read, manipulate, and analyze data

Additionally, this role is eligible for the full range of benefit options listed above.
