SUMMARY
The Fulfillment Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Fulfillment operations for one or multiple clients. This role involves supervising a team of Picker Packer and other individuals, monitoring workflows, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment. The Fulfillment Supervisor plays a key role in achieving picking goals, optimizing processes, and implementing improvements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
- Supervise daily fulfillment and project operations and ensure that goals are achieved on time.
- Ensure schedules are followed and adjust resources to meet changes in demand or unforeseen delays.
- Monitor product quality throughout the picking process to ensure products meet company standards and customer expectations.
- Analyze fulfillment processes and identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
- Implement best practices and process enhancements to optimize resource utilization.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Maintenance, Client Services, Inventory, Warehouse Management) to resolve issues.
- Ensure the fulfillment team adheres to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure the work area is clean, organized, and free from hazards.
- Monitoring Warehouse Associates to ensure safety procedures are being followed when operating forklifts and other machinery.
- Report safety incidents or near misses to management and take corrective action as needed.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on output, quality, and efficiency metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of fulfillment activities, including labor hours, counts, and any equipment or process issues.
- Analyze fulfillment/order data to track trends and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of workers, ensuring clear communication and adherence to company policies.
- Conduct regular team meetings to address any challenges, communicate expectations, and provide updates on performance.
- Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and improve productivity.
- Manage shift scheduling, including work hours and overtime, ensuring adequate coverage during peak times.

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma required.
- Associate degree or higher preferred.
- Five (5) or more years of experience leading a team or group of people in a Warehouse environment required.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of production management software (e.g., ERP systems, scheduling tools).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in using material handling equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems a plus.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices for operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, reach truck, order pickers and other material handling equipment.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend complex instructions, correspondence, and memos. Ability to write moderately complex correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Ability to communicate in stressful situations including at times delivering negative feedback. Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentage and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with complex problems involving multiple variables in standardized and also unique situations.
COMPUTER SKILLS
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have proficient knowledge of Internet software; Order processing systems; Spreadsheet software, Word Processing software and warehouse Management systems.

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit and stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to talk or listen. The employee is occasionally required to walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must rarely lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
