What You’ll Be Doing
- Support Producers and Project Managers on experiential, content, strategy, social, and digital projects
- Assist with project scheduling, timelines, and production calendars
- Help coordinate internal teams, freelancers, vendors, and external partners
- Track project deliverables, assets, and approvals
- Prepare call sheets, production documents, and status updates
- Assist with budgets, purchase orders, invoices, and expense tracking
- Help ensure projects stay on scope, schedule, and budget
- Support on set or on site production as needed
- Maintain clear and consistent communication across teams
What You'll Bring
- 1 to 3 years of experience in production coordination, project coordination, or a related role, ideally within an agency or production environment
- Experience or strong interest in experiential, content, social, and digital production
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and follow through
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once in a fast paced environment
- Comfortable working with tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and project management platforms
- A collaborative, proactive, and solutions oriented mindset
Bonus Points!
- Experience supporting live events, activations, or on site productions
- Experience in the hospitality/service industry
- On set experience
- Familiarity with content production workflows including video, photography, and social
- Basic understanding of budgets and production finance
- Experience working with external vendors and freelancers
