About the role:

As a Senior Content Creator, AI & Social to help us create the unexpected. This isn’t a traditional content marketing role. You’ll experiment with video, generative AI, storytelling, and formats we haven’t thought of yet. Some ideas will be smart, some will be weird, and some just won’t work. We are completely fine with that.

We’re looking for someone who likes to experiment quickly, learn what gets attention, and turn the best ideas into recurring programs that people follow and share.

Areas of ownership:

You’ll own an experimental creative engine inside the Parloa marketing team.
You will:

- Develop unconventional, social-first creative that earns attention.

- Use generative AI to create videos, images, and entirely new content formats.

- Build recurring shows, characters, and series around our company, customers, people, and industry.

- Move quickly on news, culture, trends, and industry conversations with relevant creative.

- Turn executives and employees into compelling content by capturing their ideas, expertise, and personalities.

- Partner with brand, social, product, and growth to bring bigger creative ideas to life.

Who you are:

- Have 3+ years of experience creating content, or an exceptional portfolio that makes the number irrelevant.

- Have strong creative instincts and know what makes people stop, watch, and share.

- Are comfortable shooting, editing, and producing video yourself using tools like Premiere Pro, CapCut, Descript, Riverside, or similar.

- Actively experiment with generative AI across video, image, audio, and whatever comes next.

- Understand how content works differently across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and X.

- Can turn an interview, event, podcast, executive conversation, or half-formed idea into something worth watching.

- Know the difference between genuinely interesting and weird for the sake of being weird.

- Move fast, try things, learn from what works, and keep shipping

Salary Range includes OTE

Salary Range $137,000 — $158,000 USD
