Position Summary

We are seeking a curious, analytical, and collaborative Business Analyst to help transform data into meaningful business insights. This role partners closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to support reporting, analytics, process improvement, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.

The ideal candidate enjoys solving business problems, analyzing data, improving processes, and helping stakeholders understand information that drives better decisions. Experience with reporting, analytics, business systems, ERP platforms, or data visualization tools is valuable, while candidates with strong analytical backgrounds from a variety of disciplines are encouraged to apply.

This position offers an opportunity to work with modern Microsoft technologies, including Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Power BI, SQL Server, Azure, and emerging AI and analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Business Partnership

·         Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals, challenges, and opportunities.

·         Gather and document reporting, analytics, and process improvement requirements.

·         Translate business needs into practical reporting and technology solutions.

·         Present findings and recommendations to business and leadership teams.

Reporting & Analytics

·         Develop dashboards, reports, KPIs, and data visualizations.

·         Analyze operational, financial, sales, inventory, manufacturing, and supply chain information.

·         Identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.

·         Support ad hoc reporting and analytical requests.

·         Help establish meaningful business metrics and performance measurements.

Data & Process Improvement

·         Support efforts to improve data quality, consistency, and accessibility.

·         Assist with process improvement initiatives using data and business analysis techniques.

·         Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting and business processes.

·         Contribute to enterprise reporting and analytics standards.

Technology & Applications

·         Support analytics and reporting solutions across enterprise systems.

·         Work with ERP, business applications, databases, and cloud platforms.

·         Participate in application enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.

·         Support testing, validation, and user adoption activities when needed.

Minimum Qualifications Required

·         Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Information Technology, Analytics, Computer Science, Finance, Operations, or a related field.

·         3 years’ experience in analytics, reporting, business analysis, business intelligence, enterprise applications, or similar roles.

·         Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

·         Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.

·         Strong written and verbal communication skills.

·         Experience using data to support business decisions.

Preferred

·         Experience with Power BI, SQL, Excel, or reporting tools.

·         Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics or similar platforms.

·         Experience with Power Platform, Azure, Data Warehousing, or Cloud Analytics solutions.

·         Experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, operations, or finance functions.

·         Familiarity with data visualization, forecasting, automation, or AI-enabled business solutions.

·         Experience participating in software implementation or business improvement projects.

Compensation Information:

The specific hiring rate within the posted pay range will depend on the successful candidate's qualifications and prior experience.

$85,000-$98,000
