Job Summary (Purpose):
To coordinate and provide support to the corresponding ACE Region Manager in areas including, but not limited to: communications, scheduling, reporting and administration. This support will allow the Region Manager to operate in an efficient manner, while enduring extensive travel throughout the region.

Key Characteristics:

- Position requires an exceptional level of organizational skills in administration, scheduling and communications with the ability to multi-task activities and deadlines.

- Position acts as the central point of communication for the Region and networks as needed while under minimal supervision from the ACE Region Manager. Activity covers a broad spectrum of situations, which will require good decision-making skills, and a high level of continuous follow-through on open issues.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Acts as the Office Supervisor for the ACE Region Manager.

- Answer, review, and handle with appropriate responses all incoming calls, e-mails, daily mail, etc.

- Create, maintain and update the ACE Region Manager’s monthly scheduling calendar.

- Responsible for a variety of reports coming into and going out of the corresponding Region on a scheduled basis, such as:

- Supports the region’s districts in Human Resources, Sales, Safety and other areas as needed.

- Send out monthly calendar to managers alerting them of annual and mid-year reviews that are due. Review all paperwork for performance appraisals, making copies and forward. Order and

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

- Must be able to keep sensitive issues and communications in confidence.

- Must have excellent organization and administrative skills.

- Must be proactive and responsive to all issues and concerns.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office and database development.

- Possess the ability to learn SAP, Dakota, and PeopleSoft.

- 5 years AmeriGas employment is preferred in order to understand the various district and region operations.

Education and Experience Required:

- High School Diploma

- Proficient in Microsoft Office

- 5+ years with demonstrated experience in a business office environment

- 5+ years in a fast paced business operation or similar office

The pay for this position ranges from $29.00 to $29.00 , depending on circumstances including an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include eligibility to earn a performance-based bonus or commissions on completed sales depending on position.
