At Pyramid Healthcare Mountaineer Inpatient , you’ll have the opportunity to work directly with individuals taking important steps toward recovery from substance use disorders. As a Behavioral Health Technician Driver (BHT Driver) , you’ll be part of the team that helps clients feel supported, safe, and engaged throughout their treatment.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is dependable, compassionate, comfortable driving, and interested in getting started in the behavioral health or recovery field.

What You'll Do

- Support and supervise clients throughout their daily treatment experience

- Help create a safe, respectful, and supportive environment

- Assist with client activities and daily needs

- Welcome and assist new clients during the intake process

- Monitor and document client information as required

- Respond appropriately to behavioral or emotional needs, including crisis situations

- Transport clients safely to treatment, medical appointments, meetings, and other approved locations

- Maintain transportation logs and follow all vehicle safety procedures

- Keep the facility clean, safe, and orderly

- Work alongside clinical and administrative staff to support client care

What You Need

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Valid driver's license

- Ability to safely operate a company vehicle

- Reliability, patience, and a genuine desire to help others

Position Details

📍 3094 Charles Town Road, Kearneysville, WV
💰 $15.00/hour + shift differential
🚗 Must be able to drive a company vehicle

Schedule options:

- Tuesday–Saturday: 6:30 AM–3:00 PM

- Tuesday–Saturday: 10:30 PM–7:00 AM

- Sunday–Thursday: 2:30 PM–11:00 PM
