RN Nursing Supervisor

At Pyramid Healthcare Mountaineer Inpatient , we provide substance use disorder treatment in a supportive, structured environment. As our RN Nursing Supervisor , you'll help lead nursing operations, support your team, maintain high standards of client care, and collaborate with medical and clinical leadership.

What You'll Lead
- Support, guide, and communicate with nursing staff to promote quality client care
- Participate in nursing huddles and interdisciplinary treatment team meetings
- Monitor client status, identify high-risk clients, and support appropriate care planning
- Assist with staffing coordination, scheduling, shift coverage, and on-call needs
- Ensure timely, safe, and well-coordinated client discharges
- Review charts, MARs, documentation, and other clinical records for accuracy and compliance
- Monitor detoxification protocols and client length of stay
- Coordinate with pharmacy providers and medical staff regarding medications and treatment needs
- Ensure laboratory results, physician orders, and informed consents are appropriately addressed and documented
- Assist with maintaining accurate census, bed board, and client status information
- Provide direct nursing care when needed, including assessments, medication administration, vital signs, detox monitoring, treatment planning, and client education
- Assist physicians and medical providers with client care
- Help identify opportunities for improvement and support corrective action initiatives
We're Looking for an RN Who Has
- Current RN license in West Virginia
- Active CPR, AED, and First Aid certification
- Previous healthcare leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Knowledge of medication administration, nursing documentation, and detox protocols
- Understanding of HIPAA, confidentiality, and applicable regulations
- Experience in substance use, detox, or co-occurring mental health treatment is preferred

💰 $37.00–$42.00/hour
🗓️ Full-time | Monday–Friday + on-call
