Job Summary: The HR Operations Supervisor will lead the team of Branson HR professionals who support the organization through the full employee life cycle. They will maintain a team culture of exceptional customer service to the organization; emphasizing servant leadership and collaboration, while maintaining a posture of believing the best of those we serve. As a key component of the employee experience, this role will take the lead in creating and implementing ongoing professional and personal training opportunities for all employees.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Lead the Branson HR Operations team by example, exemplifying the companys core values and culture.

- Enable HR team members in their individual professional strengths and role responsibilities, providing support, technical knowledge, and resources for HR functions and daily operations.

- Serve with genuine care, anticipating needs of the employee base and responding to daily questions and concerns of employees with openness, competency, and timeliness.

- Provide support to managers and supervisors, specifically with more complex needs related to department structure, team challenges, etc.

- Support managers and supervisors by providing materials and/or facilitating team development training and team building activities.

- Assist in the development of content and implementation of Leadership Academy through partnership with the Leadership Academy planning team.

- Facilitate Leadership Onboarding training for all newly hired or promoted managers & supervisors.

- Create, develop, coordinate, and implement professional and personal training opportunities for all employees.

- Counsel employees and managers regarding employee relations, partnering closely with the HR Manager for consistency and risk management outcomes.

- Prepare content, schedule presenters, and facilitate the Summer Internship Lunch & Learns.

- All other duties as assigned.

Prerequisites:

- Genuine care and concern for the health, welfare and growth of others, and ability to easily convey that care to others.

- Proven ability to oversee and inspire a team of employees.

- Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects with various timelines and stakeholders, while remaining calm and rational under pressure and time demands in a fast-paced environment.

- Desire for cultivating a strong teaching/coaching environment and ability to foster successful learning and growth outcomes.

- Aptitude for identifying gifts and skills in others that can be encouraged, developed, and shared.

- Commitment to discreetly handle confidential information.

- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.

- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to adjust communication style and tone as needed.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Other Skills and/or Requirements:

- Must have a valid drivers license and meet authorization standards to drive motorized vehicles.

Education and/or Experience : Minimum Bachelor's degree and minimum of 3 years of Human Resources and leadership experience.

Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to:
remain in a stationary position occasionally, traverse between spaces frequently, communicate and converse with others frequently, transport objects and/or exert force up to 10 pounds occasionally, and observe details at close range (within a few feet of the observer).

A valid driver's license may be required. This position may require the frequent operation of computers and other office productivity machinery.
