Senior Logistics Analyst

Are you passionate about international logistics and global trade? At Givaudan, we are looking for a Senior Logistics Analyst to ensure the efficient, secure, and timely international movement of raw materials and finished goods while maintaining compliance with customs regulations and trade laws.

In this role, you will play a key part in coordinating import/export operations, collaborating with global teams, and driving continuous improvement across our logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate international import, export, and shipping operations.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and international trade requirements.
- Prepare and manage shipping and customs documentation.
- Oversee end-to-end order tracking and delivery coordination with suppliers, warehouses, and logistics partners.
- Maintain communication with customs authorities and external partners.
- Analyze logistics and trade data to identify improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Support automation and process optimization initiatives.

Required Profile

- Technical degree or studies in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in import/export operations, logistics, or supply chain.
- Knowledge of customs regulations and international shipping processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and data analysis tools.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and results-oriented mindset.
- Intermediate or advanced English is preferred.
