Remote Travel Booking Specialist - Customer Support

Do you like helping people and staying organized? Leisure Life Travel is adding Travel Booking Specialists to our remote team.

In this role, you'll work with travelers from their first question to their return home. You'll help them compare options, keep their plans in order, and make sure they feel taken care of along the way. You don't need to have worked in travel before. We'll train you and you'll have a mentor to guide you as you learn.

What You'll Do

- Answer traveler questions and help them decide where and how to go

- Look up and compare cruises, resorts, hotels, flights, and vacation packages

- Put together travel options that fit each client's plans and budget

- Stay in touch with clients by phone, email, text, and online

- Keep client files and booking details accurate and up to date

- Check in with clients before they leave and after they return

- Complete training and keep current on supplier updates and travel changes

- Build lasting relationships with clients and referral sources

- You're comfortable using a computer, email, and the internet

- You respond to clients promptly

- You're open to learning new booking systems and tools
