Looking for a stable weekday job with paid training and room to grow? Oakwood Veneer Company is hiring a Production Associate / Machine Operator for our Troy manufacturing facility.

No manufacturing experience is required-we'll train the right person. If you've worked in production, assembly, warehouse, material handling, food service, or another hands-on role, we'd love to hear from you.

You'll operate production equipment, perform light manufacturing and assembly work, inspect parts for quality, move materials weighing 20–30 pounds, and help keep a clean, organized work area. The role is active, hands-on, and offers opportunities to learn multiple machines and production processes.

You'll earn an effective rate of $17.05 per hour while working a full 40-hour week on a consistent Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM schedule with no nights or weekends. ($16.05 base plus $40 weekly bonus for working full 40 hours on the clock)
