Picasso Restaurant Group is looking for an experienced Grill Cook to join our Troy location. We’re looking for someone who can confidently run the grill station , keep up during busy service, and consistently put out quality food.
SCHEDULE & PAY
💰 $20–$24/hour based on experience
🕖 Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
🌙 NO NIGHTS
🎉 NO WEEKENDS
🏖 Major Holidays Off

JOB DUTIES
• Independently set up, operate, and run the grill station during service
• Prepare and cook menu items accurately and efficiently
• Handle multiple orders at once during busy service periods
• Maintain proper cooking temperatures, portioning, and food quality
• Complete daily prep and keep the station stocked for service
• Follow recipes, portion standards, and food safety procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area
• Assist with opening, closing, and general kitchen duties
• Communicate and work effectively with the rest of the kitchen team
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Previous grill or line cook experience required
• Must be able to independently run a grill station
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable and punctual
• Strong attention to quality, cleanliness, and food safety
• Able to stay organized and manage multiple orders at once
