Millennium’s Trading teams operate in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment, supported by the firm’s resources, technology, and commitment to market innovation. What You'll Do
- Support a dedicated investment team of approximately 5–10 professionals with daily administrative and operational workflows.
- Manage complex calendars, schedule calls, and coordinate meetings across multiple professionals.
- Arrange travel and process expense reports accurately and promptly.
- Coordinate ad hoc projects and requests, ensuring timely execution and clear follow-through.
- Track tasks, deadlines, and outstanding items to ensure requests are completed and details are not overlooked.
- Provide reliable support during core working hours, typically 7:30–8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday.

- A responsive, service-oriented approach, with a commitment to acknowledging requests promptly and driving them through completion.
- Persistence and sound judgment when following up on unresolved items.
- Experience supporting high-performing professionals in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
- A professional, approachable demeanor and the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook; video-conferencing platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Webex; and travel and benefits systems such as Concur and Workday.
- Prior experience at an investment firm, including a multi-strategy hedge fund, is preferred but not required.
