Meet the Team
The Human Resources Department covers the full spectrum of HR disciplines. Through high-touch, impactful solutions, the team helps optimize organizational performance and fosters a working environment and culture that attracts, engages, and retains exceptional talent. The team partners closely with Technology and other business areas to deliver coordinated people support aligned with business priorities.
What You'll Do
• Partner with Technology leaders, managers, and employees to implement people initiatives that strengthen engagement, team effectiveness, performance, productivity, and retention
• Coach and advise leaders on people matters, helping them identify priorities, build organizational capability, and improve individual and team performance
• Develop a strong understanding of the Technology organization, including its business priorities, operating environment, workforce needs, and talent objectives
• Use employee and workforce data to identify trends, diagnose people-related challenges, and translate insights into practical recommendations
• Apply AI-enabled tools and creative problem-solving to improve decision-making, enhance HR processes, and increase the impact of people initiatives
• Lead and support core HR programs and processes, including performance management, talent and leadership development, and continuous feedback
• Partner across the broader HR function, including regional HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement and Experience, Global Mobility, Benefits, and Compensation, to deliver coordinated support to the business
What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, with a strong academic record
• 4–7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally supporting Technology professionals
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
• Genuine curiosity and a strong desire to understand the business, its people, and its priorities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and recommendations
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution
• Sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity
Salary Range
Millennium offers a total compensation package which includes a base salary, discretionary performance bonus, and comprehensive benefits. The estimated base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $160,000, which is specific to New York and may change in the future. When finalizing an offer, we take into consideration an individual’s experience level and the qualifications they bring to the role to formulate a competitive total compensation package.
