POSITION SUMMARY

In concert with the Executive Vice President of Nursing, the Vice President of Clinic Operations is responsible for the overall fiscal success, strategic direction, and administration of policies, procedures, and programs for Pure Infusion's ambulatory clinics. The Vice President of Clinic Operations develops and executes operational strategies for Pure Infusion with key areas of focus on financial performance, compliance monitoring, team management, and overall operational workflow. The Vice President of Clinic Operations directly supervises Regional Operations Directors, who are responsible for practice operations — including the workflow associated with patient access coordinators and nursing staff — to ensure a safe, compassionate experience for patients and families, and a supportive, productive practice environment for providers and staff. The Vice President of Clinic Operations ensures optimal utilization of resources and efficient delivery of services, and confirms practice sites remain in compliance with all federal, state, and local policies, laws, and regulations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·          Support, drive, and demonstrate daily the core values of Pure Infusion.

·          Create, track, monitor, execute, and achieve clinic and infusion center budgets.

·          Identify operating costs and operational capital budget needs in collaboration with Regional Operations Directors and Regional Operations Managers; complete ROI analyses and justifications, submitting them to the Executive Vice President of Nursing; review monthly budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.

·          Analyze day-to-day operations at each site to determine potential improvements to procedures and activities; develop and/or recommend supporting policies and procedures.

·          Direct the compilation of and/or prepare operational and financial reports; analyze progress and adverse trends and make appropriate recommendations and actions to stay on course with the financial plan; establish a regular cadence for daily, weekly, and monthly practice and organizational reports.

·          Assist with employee screening and interviews for Regional Operations Directors and Regional Operations Managers; work with Human Resources on successful onboarding of new employees.

·          Handle general staff issues, complaints, and concerns in a timely and confidential manner.

·          Utilize KPI data to proactively manage practices and infusion centers; develop and ensure implementation of corrective action plans based on results.

·          Manage all office audits and practice reviews and reporting; hold regular staff meetings for designated practices.

·          Schedule and deploy staff appropriately across practice locations for optimal coverage (vacations, sick leave, etc.); establish monthly schedules for providers and staff.

·          Track and evaluate scheduling, practice revenues, staff competencies, and training on a regular basis.

·          Motivate staff and communicate appreciation, care, and trust; create a positive, uplifting environment that engenders loyalty and commitment.

·          Cultivate clinic leadership, lead operational excellence, and deliver a patient experience that results in the highest levels of patient satisfaction and retention.

·          Perform other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Directly supervises Regional Operations Directors. Regional Operations Managers, patient access coordinators, and other clinic and infusion-center staff report through the Regional Operations Director layer of the organization.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

·          Strong spreadsheet and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, generate reports, and track regional financial performance.

·          Ability to motivate a team and support their success.

·          Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in high-stress situations.

·          Ability to meet U.S. employment and eligibility requirements.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

·          Medical background (e.g., nursing) preferred.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

·          Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

·          10+ years of relevant multi-site operations leadership experience in a healthcare or healthcare-franchise setting, such as ambulatory infusion or surgical centers, high-volume dental centers, or a similar setting.

LICENSURE / CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

·          No professional licensure or certification is required for this position.

·          Primarily an office and clinical-administrative environment; field-based across Pure Infusion's multi-state clinic footprint.
