About the role
As our Merchandising Operations Manager, you'll help the US Merchandising organization operate effectively and deliver strong business results. You'll lead financial and operational planning, performance reporting, and process improvement. By developing practical tools and frameworks, you'll bring greater clarity to priorities, resources, and investment decisions across the LEGO brand’s retail presence.

Life on the team
You'll join Markets and Channels within the US Channels team. We bring the LEGO brand to life wherever shoppers discover and purchase our products. It’s a largely virtual team with regular working rhythms, frequent communication, and opportunities to share ideas and celebrate progress. You’ll work with curiosity, take initiative, and help colleagues solve challenges together, even when the path isn’t fully defined.
What success looks like
After one year, you’ll have built trusted relationships and helped deliver operational and financial performance against plan. You’ll support the team as it explores new technologies, improves retail execution, and expands its capabilities. Your closest partners will include the Director of Merchandising, Field Merchandising Managers, the Merchandising Coordinator, Finance, Retail Execution colleagues, and Key Account Managers.

Compensation
The salary for this position has a range of $107,885.00 - $161,827.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.
