We're looking for an Industrial Parts Specialist to support customers by identifying products, preparing quotes, processing orders, and helping solve day-to-day equipment and maintenance challenges. This is not a cold-calling sales role. Instead, you'll work directly with customers who need hoses, fittings, adapters, valves, and other industrial components to keep their operations running. If you've worked around equipment, parts, maintenance, repairs, manufacturing, construction materials, or industrial products, this could be a great fit. Whether you've been a parts specialist, service advisor, mechanic, maintenance technician, or worked in industrial distribution, we're looking for someone who understands how mechanical components work together and enjoys helping customers find solutions.
What You'll Do
- Respond to customer requests for quotes, orders, pricing, and product information
- Help customers identify the correct hoses, fittings, adapters, valves, and related components for their applications
- Prepare accurate quotes and process customer orders
- Coordinate with vendors regarding pricing, availability, and lead times
- Track orders and communicate updates to customers
- Support walk-in customers at the branch counter
- Build strong relationships with customers through responsive service and product knowledge
- Work closely with purchasing, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure customer needs are met
- Maintain accurate records and documentation within company systems

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lafayette, LA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.44 - $28.85/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
