Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator Job Description
The Recruiting Coordinator works closely with a team of recruiters in a fast-paced recruiting organization to support end-to-end hiring activities and deliver an excellent candidate experience. This role serves as an integral partner in managing recruiting processes, coordinating interviews, and building strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. The position offers an opportunity to broaden recruiting operations experience and contribute to building a high-performing organization of talented individuals.
Responsibilities
- Schedule interviews and phone screens by working directly with candidates and hiring teams, including arranging travel logistics for visiting candidates when needed.
- Update candidate records and job postings in applicant tracking and recruiting systems to ensure accurate and current information.
- Confirm new hires in the recruiting systems and support smooth transitions from candidate to employee.
- Provide timely follow-up correspondence to candidates regarding their recruiting status via phone and email.
- Track recruiting activities and prepare weekly reports that summarize candidate status and pipeline progress.
- Coordinate post-interview debrief meetings and prepare or distribute debrief materials for interview teams.
- Identify and recommend opportunities to improve the candidate experience and increase scheduling efficiency.
- Assist with the coordination and execution of additional recruiting activities and projects as needed.
- Partner effectively with internal and external stakeholders while representing the recruiting organization professionally to all candidates.
Essential Skills
- At least 1 year of recruiting coordinator or coordination experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Bachelors degree.
- Experience scheduling interviews and meetings in a professional environment.
- Experience coordinating multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong administrative skills, including organization and documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and scheduling.
- Customer service mindset with a focus on supporting candidates and hiring teams.

Work Environment
This role is 100% onsite in Seattle and operates within a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting organization. The Recruiting Coordinator collaborates closely with recruiters, hiring teams, and candidates while working primarily in an office-based setting. The environment requires frequent use of computers, applicant tracking systems, and productivity tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. The role involves regular interaction via phone, email, and in-person meetings, with a focus on responsiveness and professionalism throughout the workday.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
