Job Title: Integration Administrator Job Description An aerospace manufacturing organization is seeking an Intergration/ IT Technician I to join its onsite IT team during a major technology migration initiative. This individual will provide hands-on technical support to employees while assisting with infrastructure, hardware, and software troubleshooting across the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career IT professional looking to gain experience supporting enterprise-level systems, end users, and network environments in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other IT equipment.
- Support Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Assist with Active Directory user account administration and access management.
- Help diagnose and resolve networking issues involving DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, LAN connectivity, and VPN access.
- Manage and resolve help desk tickets while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Document technical solutions, asset inventories, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Support ongoing IT migration activities and technology deployments throughout the facility.
- Collaborate with internal IT staff to improve system performance and user experience.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and desktop troubleshooting.
- Experience in Microsoft 365 troubleshooting and administration.
- Knowledge of Active Directory user management.
- Basic understanding of DNS and DHCP.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in desktop and laptop troubleshooting.
- Technical support and customer service experience.
- Ticketing system experience.
- Exposure to Linux.
- Network troubleshooting skills (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN).
- Group Policy (GPO) experience.
- Printer and peripheral support.
- IT asset management and documentation skills.
Work Environment The position is fully onsite, Monday through Friday. The work environment is fast-paced, providing significant technical learning and growth opportunities. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting a major enterprise IT migration, exposure to Active Directory, networking, Microsoft infrastructure, and desktop support technologies. The role offers the chance to work closely with an experienced IT leadership team.

This is a Contract position based out of Redmond, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $35.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
