Make an Impact Beyond the Numbers We're seeking a motivated Staff Accountant who wants more than a traditional accounting role. This opportunity offers broad exposure across General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable , allowing you to play a key role in the day-to-day financial operations of a growing, product-focused organization. You'll partner with multiple departments, contribute to operational efficiency, and help drive accurate and timely financial reporting.

What You'll Do

- Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and support month-end close activities
- Analyze financial data, investigate variances, and ensure the accuracy of financial records
- Support efforts to streamline and accelerate the monthly close process
- Assist with fixed assets, capital expenditures, commissions, and rebate calculations
- Process and reconcile accounts payable transactions, including freight and duty invoices
- Monitor accounts receivable activity, support collections efforts, and maintain customer account integrity
- Research and resolve vendor and customer account issues
- Develop reports, schedules, and analyses that support business decisions
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, controls, and accounting processes
- Collaborate with teams across the organization to support ongoing growth and operational excellence

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Strong foundation in general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and month-end close
- Experience with AP and AR processes
- Understanding of U.S. GAAP principles
- ERP system experience
- Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and SUMIFS
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional accuracy

This is a Permanent position based out of Huntington Beach, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $85000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
