Actualmente buscamos un Ingeniero de Nuevos Proyectos para unirse a nuestro equipo. Este puesto es responsable de liderar la planificación integral del proyecto y la asignación de recursos, asegurando una coordinación eficaz de los recursos materiales y humanos. Asimismo, proporciona informes claros y prácticos sobre el avance del proyecto y la resolución de problemas, garantizando que los entregables cumplan con los estándares técnicos de calidad, fiabilidad y ejecución oportuna.

Un día en la vida de este rol:

El enfoque es en: Impoted Vehcles Navi, Audio,BT,VR (IVI) , Telematics (IVC) & Autonomous Drive (Pro Pilot).

- Planear y ejecutar actividades de validación para los modelos de producción nacional e importados
- Realizar validación en campo para mercado MEX y Exportaciones
- Confirmar contramedidas para cierre de incidentes detectados en las validaciones y prevenir que estos se presenten en campo
- Reportar resultados a NML

Mantener posicionamiento de la Marca, Satisfacción al cliente, Entregar un producto de calidad al mercado.

Who We’re Looking for:

Ingeniería Automotriz, Mecánica, Mecatrónica, Electromecánica o Industrial, o una profesión afín.

- Ingles Intermedio o avanzado preferente
- Imprescindible: Licencia de conducir válido.
- Habilidades informáticas: Microsoft (Word, Excel avanzado, PowerPoint, Power BI)

Mandatory Requirements:

- Enfoque total en el servicio al cliente, la satisfacción y contribuir al cumplimiento de los objetivos de la función TCS.
- Sé abierto a nuevos retos de forma más rápida según las necesidades.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación (oral y escrita) y de negociación
- Interesados en nuevas tecnologías vehiculares (VE, e-POWER)
- Profundo conocimiento de los sistemas mecánicos y electrónicos de vehículos
- Buenas habilidades analíticas con la capacidad de comprobar la calidad del material de datos
- Jugador en equipo, resolución de problemas y orientado a resultados
- Pasión por desarrollar, mejorar y mantener continuamente procesos y proyectos (Piensa fuera de la caja)
- Proactivo, centrado en los resultados y trabajando bajo presión.
- Habilidad en la gestión de bases de datos (análisis estadístico, gráficos, tablas dinámicas).

- Travel Required:  30% México y al extranjero
- Advanced English level (minimum 500 TOEIC points).
