We are currently looking for a Service Retention Sr. Specialist to join our team in Mexico City. This position will be responsible for providing advanced data analytics, reporting, business intelligence solutions, and data engineering support for the Service Retention organization. The role will leverage data-driven insights to identify opportunities that drive customer retention, revenue growth, dealer performance, and customer satisfaction across Nissan and INFINITI operations.

The Service Retention Sr. Specialist will collaborate closely with Service Retention, Business Intelligence, Nissan Digital, Aftersales, Dealer Performance teams, and external partners to develop analytical solutions, automate processes, improve data quality, and support strategic business decisions.

A Day in the Life:

- Develop, maintain, and manage reporting, dashboards, analytics solutions, and business intelligence tools using Power BI, SQL, Python, and Snowflake.
- Extract, validate, and analyze business data to support retention, customer growth, revenue generation, customer satisfaction, and customer behavior initiatives.
- Generate actionable recommendations based on data analysis and business insights.
- Document reporting logic, business rules, data definitions, and reporting processes.
- Serve as business program manager for data integration projects, including data delivery and UAT validation activities.
- Collaborate with Nissan Digital, Business Intelligence, Aftersales Dealer Performance teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to develop scalable data solutions.
- Compile, submit, validate, and maintain reporting for dealer programs such as INFINITI Performance+ and Nissan Award of Excellence.
- Lead the development of analytical models and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions that support strategic business objectives.
- Ensure data quality through proactive monitoring, validation, and root cause analysis.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate operational needs into reporting and analytical solutions.
- Assist in the development of business cases and support critical business metrics.
- Prioritize multiple projects and initiatives while maintaining a focus on revenue generation and business value.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives through automation, analytics, and process optimization.
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.

Who We're Looking For:

Required:

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Data Science, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of directly related experience in Automotive Aftersales, Data Science, Data Analytics, Data Engineering, or Business Intelligence.
- Advanced hands-on experience with Power BI, including dashboard development and business intelligence reporting.
- Advanced SQL programming and database querying experience.
- Advanced Python programming skills for analytics, data engineering, and automation.
- Experience with Snowflake data warehouse environments.
- Knowledge of Oracle Databases and relational database concepts.
- Experience conducting statistical analysis and data-driven decision making.
- Experience developing analytical models and reporting solutions that support business strategy.
- Strong project management experience with the ability to simultaneously manage and prioritize multiple initiatives.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable technical solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational, self-management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and execute projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced English proficiency.

Desired:

- Automotive Aftersales experience.
- Knowledge of Nissan North America (NNA) systems and processes.
- Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions.
- Experience supporting dealer programs, retention initiatives, and customer lifecycle analytics.
- Experience with revenue-focused analytics and customer behavior modeling.
- Experience in business case development and KPI management.
- Knowledge of customer retention, customer satisfaction, and customer growth strategies.
- Experience working with cross-functional business and technology teams.
- Availability to travel up to 10%, including overnight travel as required.
