Ford Racing Body Structure Engineer

In this position you will be responsible for the design and release of multiple exterior products on the most exciting vehicles Ford Racing produces. You will manage multiple cross functional relationships both internally and externally to help ensure the successful launch of the next generation, segment defining products.

You'll have...

- Bachelors of Science in Engineering required
- 3 - 5+ Years of experience in Body Structure Design & Release
- Body structures or closures D&R experience may also be considered
- 2+ Year of experience using CAD or other visualization tools
- Understanding of program delivery processes / GPDS

Even better, if you have...

- Master's degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with high-performance, motorsport, or low-volume vehicle programs
- Experience leading Full Service Suppliers (FSS) through design, release, and launch
- Working knowledge of CAD and PLM tools such as CATIA or Teamcenter

This position is a salary grade 7 and ranges from $86,600-$144,900.
This position is a salary grade 8 and ranges from $99,100-$166,200.

Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.

Internal applicants: moving into this role may result in an adjustment to your current compensation based on the posted pay range for this role, taking into consideration your qualifications and other relevant factors.
