Job Summary

The Quality Management System Administrator – Document Control is responsible for managing and maintaining controlled documents within the manufacturing environment, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and accessibility of quality and production-related documentation. This role oversees the approval, distribution, revision, retrieval, and disposal of controlled documents, supports document change processes, and maintains document control systems to ensure adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements. The position also provides administrative support for process and document changes while ensuring efficient document management across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Approval/rejection of documents such as but not limited to: Work Instruction Sheet (WIS), Manufacturing plans, Label Reference Sheet (LRS), procedures, Machine Operating Instruction, other Instructions (Calibration), etc.

- Distribution, retrieval, obsolence, shredding of documents and posting of policies, certificates, etc.

- Processing of FPCN (Factory Process Change Notice) and DCN (Document Change Notice)

- Maintaining Document Control Master list

- Process additional request, lost document copy of WIS, etc.

- Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications:

- Graduate of Technology or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Electronics or a related field

- At least 2 years working experience in electronics or manufacturing industry

- Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel (data tracking and reporting).

- High attention to detail, with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
