Maintenance Technician

Join our team as a Maintenance Technician , where you'll play a key role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our production and facility equipment. You'll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machinery to support our business objectives in a safe and productive environment.

What you will do:

- Install, maintain, and repair production machines and facility equipment.

- Perform emergency and scheduled maintenance to minimize downtime.

- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

- Conduct preventative maintenance and ensure equipment operates at peak efficiency.

- Use tools, meters, and material handling equipment for diagnostics and repairs.

- Read equipment manuals and follow work orders for maintenance tasks.

- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean work environment.

What we're looking for:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- 3–5 years of experience in mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

- Experience with CNC machines.

- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and ability to work under pressure.

- Demonstrated ability and willingness to use AI tools to improve productivity, decision-making, work quality, and to reduce costs. The successful candidate must be able to identify appropriate AI use cases and critically evaluate AI-generated outputs.

- Proficiency in diagnostics, troubleshooting, and PLC programming.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- Willingness to work various shifts and overtime as needed.

- Safety-conscious with attention to detail.
