## What You Can Expect

Based in Warsaw, Poland, the Commercial Analyst – Technical Service EMEA plays a key role in building the commercial process, reporting, and analytical foundation for Service Sales across EMEA. The role exists to create visibility, structure, and business insight across an environment where systems, data, and commercial processes are still evolving.

This is a build-oriented role, not a maintenance reporting role. You will help connect business requirements, commercial priorities, and system capabilities across SAP, Salesforce (SFDC), ServiceMax (SMX), Snowflake, Power BI, and local business inputs to improve performance visibility, forecasting, opportunity identification, and data quality.

The role sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, business intelligence, systems, and process design. You will help define how Service Sales should be measured and how commercial processes should work across systems, building new structures and translating detailed analysis into business-level recommendations.

## How You'll Create Impact

Commercial Process and Systems Development
• Support the design and development of commercial processes across SAP, Salesforce (SFDC), and ServiceMax (SMX) for Service Sales.
• Translate business needs into structured requirements for system setup, reporting logic, and process improvement.
• Contribute to testing, validation, deployment, and adoption of new commercial processes and system capabilities.
• Help improve process consistency, data flows, and automation opportunities.

Business Intelligence and Commercial Analytics
• Build analytical visibility across service contract coverage, install base, commercial performance, opportunity development, and forecasting.
• Use Snowflake and related data sources to support business decision-making.
• Help define and refine commercial KPIs and performance metrics relevant to Service Sales.
• Identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities through structured analysis.

Reporting and Forecasting
• Develop and improve reporting and dashboards for management visibility and operational decision-making.
• Strengthen reporting consistency across SAP, SFDC, SMX, and other relevant sources.
• Support a structured forecasting capability for Service Sales across EMEA.
• Turn fragmented data into credible, actionable, scalable reporting.

Data Quality and Governance
• Support stronger data quality standards across systems relevant to Service Sales.
• Identify data issues that limit reporting quality, forecasting reliability, or commercial visibility.
• Help define validation logic, ownership expectations, and improvement actions.
• Promote a disciplined approach to data as a business asset.

Cross-Functional Business Partnership
• Partner with Technical Service, Sales, Finance, IT, Pricing, and other relevant functions.
• Contribute to commercial and digital transformation initiatives.
• Support management with business cases, opportunity analysis, ad hoc insights, and decision support.
• Bridge the gap between system capability, business need, and practical execution.

Success means clearer performance and forecast visibility, more reliable commercial reporting, practical improvements to system and process gaps, stronger data quality, and trusted analytical insight for leadership.

## What Makes You Stand Out

• Highly analytical, curious, and self-driven, with strong critical thinking and commercial acumen.
• Comfortable working with incomplete data and building structure in complex, evolving environments.
• Able to investigate beyond the first explanation, connect information across systems and stakeholders, and translate detailed analysis into strategic recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration, with confidence to challenge assumptions using facts.
• Ownership mindset, proactive problem solving, and ability to work independently across functions and countries.
• High attention to detail while retaining the bigger picture.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are an advantage.

## Your Background

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Intelligence, or Finance Analytics.
• Experience with ERP and CRM environments in an international business context.
• Experience in greenfield, transformation, or evolving business environments is strongly preferred.
• Experience in MedTech, Healthcare, Technical Service, or capital equipment-related businesses is an advantage.
