Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $147000 - $210000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience programming in the Kotlin, Java, or Swift programming language.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience with data structures or algorithms.
- Experience with full-stack software development spanning client-side application development (mobile or web UI/data layers) and backend service/API development.
- Android or iOS development knowledge.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance end-to-end full-stack software solutions, encompassing both mobile client interfaces (Android/iOS) and backend microservices, to support Women’s Health initiatives within Google Health.
- Build and evolve scalable APIs, data ingestion pipelines, and storage capabilities (e.g., One Platform RPC/REST APIs, Time Series Store, Spanner) supporting cycle tracking, pregnancy experiences, and partner integrations.
- Partner with AI/Intelligence engineers and researchers to integrate Personal Health Agent (PHA) and Gemini-powered conversational and proactive health insights into user-facing journeys.
- Participate in and lead technical design reviews with peers and cross-functional stakeholders (Product Management, UX Design/Research, Clinical, and Privacy/Security teams) to decide among available architectures and technologies.
- Review code developed by other engineers and provide constructive feedback to ensure best practices in code health, accuracy, testability, accessibility, and privacy compliance.
