- Liaise with staff, parents, governors, and external partners on behalf of the Headmaster.

- Coordinate travel arrangements and support the headmaster’s day-to-day operations.

- Assist with strategic planning and preparations for inspections, leadership meetings, and school improvement initiatives.

Front Desk Administration

- Greet and assist visitors, maintaining a professional and welcoming front-of-house presence.

- Handle telephone and email enquiries and manage general communications professionally and efficiently.

- Manage parental queries, pupil absences, and ensure the Headmaster is informed of relevant matters.

- Warm, professional and welcoming demeanour.

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with a range of stakeholders.

- Proactive and solution-focused with strong attention to detail.

- Calm under pressure and flexible in responding to the day-to-day needs of a busy school office.

- Proven experience in administrative and front-of-house roles, ideally within an educational setting.

- Strong diary management and organisational skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and general IT systems.
