France Belgium Africa HSE Coordinator (M/F)

We are looking for a HSE Coordinator for France, Ivory Coast, Belgium and Tunisia.

Reporting directly to the France, Belgium, and Africa QHSE Director, your main responsibilities & missions will be :

Participating on the definition of the Cluster/Country HSE Management System:

- participating in determining goals and targets,
- preparing the HSE management program and coordinating planning and priorities with management, Plant managers and HSE managers,
- implementation of cluster/country procedures & instructions

Implementing and/or supporting HSE projects at cluster/country level (risk and environmental impact reduction initiatives, process and PPE standardization/harmonization, etc.), and actively collaborating with the European HSE team to share best practices, contribute to common initiatives, and support the deployment of Group HSE programs.

Participating on the monitoring of the functioning and the performance of the Cluster/Country HSE Management System:

- follow-up and analysis of KPIs / leading/lagging indicators
- ensuring the correct use of the tools available: events management, risk analysis, regulatory management
- promoting benchmark and communication between HSE local teams

Developing, coordinating and supporting HSE training and awareness activities for local HSE teams and managers, including the creation and communication of weekly Safety Toolbox Talks across France, Belgium and Africa.

- Perform HSE internal audits/assessments (internal Management System audits / cross-assessments).

- Participating in relationships management with some internal/external stakeholders : Workers' representatives at country level (CSSCTC meetings), suppliers (ex: PPE, workwear), ...

The position requires regular travel across France, Belgium and Africa, with occasional travel to other European locations, for training activities, audits, meetings and HSE-related event s.

You have at least 5 years of experience on a similar position
