Descripción general del equipo y responsabilidades laborales

Estamos buscando una persona para unirse a nuestro equipo de trabajo de Mantenimiento que sea responsable de a dministrar el abastecimiento de refacciones, consumibles y materiales de almacén, mediante la debida custodia, recepción, revisión, organización, clasificación, declaración y entrega de los mismos; gestionar los niveles óptimos de inventarios de acuerdo con los procedimientos establecidos por la compañía.

Principales Responsabilidades

- Recibir, administrar, organizar, clasificar, entregar y documentar todos los bienes, suministros, repuestos, equipos, insumos, herramientas y demás elementos que entren y salgan de los almacenes de planta (dentro de la gestión de mantenimiento).

- Gestionar el seguimiento de todos los bienes que estén fuera de planta por actividades de mantenimiento.

- Asegurar el cumplimiento legal en la identificación de sustancias químicas.

- Realizar inventarios cíclicos y periódicos del almacén generando su respectivo

- reporte.

- Generar oportunamente los requerimientos de abastecimiento para garantizar stock de

- Almacén, así como los servicios a ejecutarse.

- Realizar la entrada y salida de consumos de materiales en SAP.

- Realizar informes de recepción de materiales/servicios del departamento de mantenimiento para el proceso de facturación (MIGO).

- Solicitar, recepcionar, administrar y entregar la dotación al personal.

- Liderar el proceso de generación de B.O.M en conjunto con el equipo técnico de mantenimiento.

¿A quién buscamos?

Estamos buscando un Técnico con las siguientes habilidades y motivaciones:

- Técnico Industrial

- 1 a 2 años de experiencia en cargos relacionados.

- Excel básico, manejo de inventarios, conservación de mercancía, almacenamiento.

- ERP, herramientas digitales, manejo estibas, procesos de manufactura. diligenciamiento de formatos, registros de inventario en ERP, toma de inventarios, 5S, elementos de ferretería, componentes electrónicos y mecánicos, manejo de sustancias químicas.

Team Overview and Job Responsibilities

We are looking for someone to join our Maintenance team who will be responsible for managing the supply of spare parts, consumables, and warehouse materials through proper custody, reception, inspection, organization, classification, declaration, and delivery. This role also involves managing optimal inventory levels in accordance with the company’s established procedures.

Main Responsibilities

Receive, manage, organize, classify, deliver, and document all goods, supplies, spare parts, equipment, inputs, tools, and other items entering and leaving the plant warehouses (within the maintenance management scope).

- Track all assets that are off-site due to maintenance activities.

- Ensure legal compliance in the identification of chemical substances.

- Perform cyclical and periodic warehouse inventories and generate corresponding reports.

- Timely generate supply requests to ensure warehouse stock and the execution of services.

- Record material consumption entries and exits in SAP.

- Prepare material/service reception reports for the maintenance department to support the invoicing process (MIGO).

- Request, receive, manage, and distribute workwear and supplies to personnel.

- Lead the process of generating the Bill of Materials (B.O.M) in collaboration with the maintenance technical team.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for a Technician with the following skills and motivations:

- Industrial Technician

- 1 to 2 years of experience in related roles

- Basic Excel skills, inventory management, goods preservation, and storage

- Experience with ERP systems, digital tools, pallet handling, manufacturing processes, form completion, inventory records in ERP, inventory taking, 5S methodology, hardware supplies, electronic and mechanical components, and handling of chemical substances
