About the Sales Trader Role:

We are looking for a driven and relationship-focused Institutional Sales Trader to join our Capital Markets team.

This is an exciting front-office role where you will work closely with institutional investors, research analysts and trading colleagues to deliver market insight, source liquidity and execute client orders. You will play a key role in building client relationships, growing revenue and helping clients navigate market opportunities.

Sales Trader Accountabilities include:

- Build and develop relationships with institutional investors.

- Provide clients with timely market insight, investment ideas and sector intelligence.

- Execute client orders and deliver best-in-class execution solutions.

- Work closely with Research, Trading and Corporate teams to identify opportunities and source liquidity.

- Expand existing client relationships and support new business development.

- Maintain the highest standards of market conduct, compliance and client service.

Qualifications and Experience

- Experience in Institutional Sales Trading & Execution Services or a related role.

- Strong understanding of equity markets and institutional investors.

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

- Commercial mindset with a passion for financial markets.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
