About Role:
The Candidate will be responsible for reaching out to Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) across assigned territories and introducing them to our payment solutions. This role involves consultative selling, relationship management, and onboarding support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Merchant Onboarding & Support:
- Take ownership of onboarding MSME merchants and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
- Guide merchants through the complete onboarding process, including documentation, registration and activation.
- Respond promptly to merchant queries and provide accurate information and appropriate solutions.
- Provide merchant support through calls and chat to resolve queries, concerns and onboarding-related issues.
2. Product Presentation & Consultative Selling:
- Understand merchant requirements, business operations and payment challenges.
- Explain Jodo's product features, benefits, onboarding process and commercial terms.
- Present suitable payment solutions based on merchant requirements.
- Address merchant questions and support them in making informed decisions.
3. Relationship Management:
- Build strong relationships with business owners and key decision-makers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for merchant queries and support.
- Address objections and coordinate with internal teams to resolve concerns.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure merchant satisfaction.
4. Market Intelligence:
- Share feedback on merchant concerns and competitor offerings.
- Identify common onboarding challenges and suggest improvements.
- Provide insights to improve merchant experience, product positioning and support processes.
Language Requirement:
Hindi is mandatory for this role . Candidates must have strong Hindi communication skills to handle merchant queries, onboarding and support through calls and chat.
