About You
- Confidence and professionalism to be the face of Hellmann to our customers—building trust, solving problems, and delivering exceptional service
- 2 years+ of experience in air freight operations
- Solid knowledge of Airfreight logistics industry and processes
- Sharp attention to detail and the ability to juggle priorities
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in CargoWise
- A customs pin (big plus)
- Experience with perishable exports is also a big plus
- Availability to support a rotating weekend roster
