# Associate - UGC & Creator Growth
Who We Are?
We're GrowthSchool. And we built Outskill.
GrowthSchool started with one belief: you learn a skill fastest from the person actually doing it. So we partnered with the top 1% of instructors to build high-impact, cohort-based courses in personal and professional growth for learners around the world and used AI to make that learning personal at a scale a classroom never could.
Then AI changed what " upskilling " even means. Roles started getting rewritten faster than curriculums could keep up, and the real divide stopped being skilled versus unskilled. It became AI-ready versus not.
So, we built Outskill , our AI education arm, to close that gap, practical, implementation-first AI training for professionals, teams and enterprises. Today Outskill is one of the largest AI education companies in the world: 16M+ learners across 160+ countries , and programs running everywhere from individual upskilling to enterprise AI transformation.
Our mission: Make 100 million people AI-ready by 2028.
What that actually feels like day to day: we're 300+ people, backed by Sequoia, moving at a speed that surprises most people who join us. Products ship in weeks, not quarters. There's no thick layer of process between an idea and it going live. You'll own things visibly bigger than your title. Some experiments will fail publicly, and we'll talk about them openly on Monday.
If you need a finished playbook before you start, this will be uncomfortable. If you'd rather write the playbook, you'll like it here.

Why This Role Exists

UGC and creator-led content have become massive acquisition channels for consumer brands and apps in the US. We’re bringing that playbook to Outskill and building it from the ground up. The ambition is to build a creator-led acquisition engine that can work with hundreds of creators, generate thousands of pieces of content, and eventually drive millions of dollars in revenue every month. And we’re looking for one of the first people to build it with us.

## What You'll Do
1. Creator Acquisition Your first job is to build the creator network. You will:
- Research and identify relevant UGC creators, primarily in the US.
- Build and continuously expand our creator pipeline.
- Identify creators across different niches, audience profiles and content styles.
- Find new and creative ways to source creators at scale.
- Reach out to creators through email, Instagram, TikTok and other relevant channels.
- Test different outreach strategies and messaging.
- Track response, conversion and activation rates.
- Build a repeatable creator acquisition process.
The goal isn't simply to find creators. It is to build a system that continuously brings the right creators into Outskill's ecosystem.
2. UGC Content & Creative Once we have creators, we need to figure out what content actually drives acquisition. You will:
- Identify winning UGC formats, hooks and creative patterns.
- Study what is working across US social platforms.
- Develop content concepts and creative briefs.
- Help creators understand the objective without making their content feel overly scripted.
- Review submitted content.
- Give feedback and coordinate revisions.
- Test different hooks, formats, narratives and CTAs.
- Identify winning creative patterns and turn them into repeatable briefs.
You'll constantly be asking: Why did this work? Why didn't this work? Can we replicate it? Can we make it better?
3. Creator Operations As the number of creators grows, this becomes a serious operations problem. You'll help build the system that keeps everything moving. You'll manage the workflow across: Discovery → Outreach → Interested → Negotiation → Onboarding → Brief → Production → Submission → Feedback → Approval → Publishing → Performance → Payment You'll build and maintain:
- Creator databases
- Outreach pipelines
- Campaign trackers
- Content calendars
- Creator briefs
- Deadlines
- Payment trackers
- Performance dashboards
- SOPs and processes
The goal is to make the entire system repeatable, efficient and scalable.
4. Acquisition & Performance This is ultimately a growth role , not just a creator-management role. You'll help us understand whether creator content is actually driving business results. You'll track metrics such as:
- Creator acquisition rate
- Outreach → response rate
- Response → activation rate
- Cost per creator
- Cost per piece of content
- Content approval rate
- Views and engagement
- CTR
- Leads / conversions
- CAC
- Revenue generated
- ROAS
You'll use these insights to answer: Which creators should we work with more? Which content should we make more of? Where should we spend more money? What should we stop doing?
5. Build the Channel From 0 → 1 This is the most important part of the role. Nobody has figured this out for us yet. You'll help us figure out:
- Which US creator segments are worth targeting.
- How we acquire creators efficiently.
- What makes a creator successful for Outskill.
- Which UGC formats work for education and upskilling.
- How much we should pay creators.
- How we structure creator incentives.
- How we scale content production.
- How we identify winning creative.
- How we turn winning creative into repeatable systems.
- How we connect creator content to acquisition and revenue.
- How we eventually scale this into a significant acquisition channel.
You won't just be running a program. You'll be building the program.

## What We Are Looking For
We're looking for someone who wants to do more than execute a job description. Someone who wants to build a new growth channel from scratch, work with creators across the US, understand how consumer growth actually works, and have an insane learning curve along the way. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
##

## Good To Have
These are a plus, not requirements:
- You have built a social media page or personal brand.
- You create or understand Reels, TikToks or Shorts.
- You spend way too much time understanding why content goes viral.
- You've worked with creators or influencers before.
- You've worked in growth, marketing, content or community.
- You understand US creator culture.
- You've run outreach campaigns.
- You're comfortable with Google Sheets, Notion, Airtable or similar tools.
- You've built something from scratch.
- You have a portfolio of content, campaigns or projects you're proud of.
