Senior Front-End Developer (React)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Front-End Developer to join our engineering team and contribute to the development of modern, scalable web applications. The role will focus on building enterprise-grade user interfaces using React and TypeScript , developing reusable UI components, and integrating applications with backend and real-time services.

The candidate will work closely with architects, UX designers, backend engineers, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality, maintainable, and responsive applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop scalable, maintainable web applications using React and TypeScript.
- Develop reusable UI components and shared frontend libraries using Material UI (MUI), Emotion, and modern UI development practices.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend systems through REST APIs, WebSockets, and STOMP-based messaging.
- Design and implement Web Components and reusable UI modules that can be leveraged across multiple applications.
- Build feature-rich user interfaces including dashboards, data tables, charts, forms, configuration screens, and other enterprise application workflows.
- Develop responsive and accessible interfaces while ensuring good application performance and usability.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers, backend developers, solution architects, and DevOps teams throughout the application development lifecycle.
- Participate in code reviews, unit/component testing, defect resolution, and continuous improvement of frontend solutions.
- Contribute to frontend CI/CD pipelines and development standards.
- Help establish and maintain reusable frontend development patterns, coding standards, and component libraries.

Mandatory Technical Skills:

Candidates should have strong hands-on experience with the following:

- React 18 and TypeScript
- Material UI (MUI) and Emotion
- HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS
- React Hooks and state management frameworks such as Zustand or equivalent
- REST API integration, preferably using Axios
- WebSockets and STOMP for real-time application communication
- Development and integration of Web Components
- React Query / TanStack Query
- Frontend authentication and authorization using Keycloak, OAuth2, and OpenID Connect
- Git and GitLab
- Vite for frontend build and development
- Nx Monorepo and experience working with shared/multi-application frontend codebases
- Unit and component testing using Vitest and React Testing Library

Good to Have:

Experience in any of the following areas will be an added advantage:

- Data visualization using ECharts and/or D3.js
- Storybook for component development and documentation
- Drag-and-drop UI frameworks and libraries
- Internationalization (i18n) and multilingual application support
- Experience in Industrial IoT, Asset Management, Energy, or similar industrial domains
- Exposure to Kubernetes and cloud-native application environments
