Schedule: 3/4 Rotation | 12-Hour Day Shifts | EVO Weekend
Qualifications
Your Day, Your Impact
As an LPN with SHP, youll provide meaningful hands-on care while working alongside a supportive healthcare team:
- Deliver quality patient care and monitor symptoms, responses, and progress
- Perform nursing assessments and recognize changes in patient condition
- Administer medications according to nursing standards and facility guidelines
- Follow treatment plans and provider orders
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
- Respond to emergencies and use sound clinical judgment
- Practice within your State Scope of Practice and SHP clinical guidelines
