Qualifications
What Youll Do
As an LVN with SHP, youll provide meaningful patient care while working alongside a dedicated healthcare team:
- Deliver hands-on nursing care and monitor patient health needs
- Assess symptoms, reactions, and progress to support positive outcomes
- Administer medications according to nursing standards and facility guidelines
- Complete accurate documentation and follow individualized care plans
- Perform assessments, respond to emergencies, and use critical thinking skills
- Collaborate with healthcare providers while practicing within your State Scope of Practice
