What You'll Do

Our Geneva office IT team keeps around 40 BCGers connected and productive, making sure every laptop, meeting room, and mobile device just works.
As a Working Student in IT Support, you’ll support the team in the following areas:

- Being the local point of contact for our office in Geneva for IT user requests
- Assisting the information technology department in Zurich with the local implementation of IT equipment
- Setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting computers, video conferencing systems, audio visual presentation equipment, printers, and mobile devices
- Supporting IT-related tasks connected to our office move in Geneva

YOU'RE GOOD AT

- You enjoy working hands-on with technology and are motivated to keep learning new IT skills and tools. You communicate clearly with colleagues at all levels and stay calm and solutions-focused when troubleshooting day-to-day IT issues.

What You'll Bring

- Availability: 20%, with required on-site presence in the office on Fridays.
- Completed initial education (apprenticeship or Matura/maturité)
- You like to work with technology and have relevant experience with the Microsoft environment and Apple Mobile devices
- Interest in acquiring new knowledge and skills in IT
- Very good knowledge (C1) of English and French
- Ideally, you are currently studying computer science, technology, media & information, or a similar subject

Who You'll Work With

You will work at our Geneva office, which has around 40 employees, and collaborate closely with our 4-member IT team in Zurich. Our work environment is defined by an open feedback culture, diversity, and respect for the individual.
