Consumer Activation Supervisor

At JTI we create, test and introduce new and innovative products aimed at reducing potential risks (heated tobacco products, e-cigarettes and nicotine pouches). The role will be based in Alexandria location. As the Consumer Activation Supervisor, you will:

Position:

- Support the execution of consumer activation and experiential engagement initiatives to drive acquisition, engagement, and conversion

- Implement consumer activation plans across Reduced Market Combustibles, Shisha, and Reduced-Risk Products

- categories in line with activation playbooks and brand guidelines

- Track activation performance and provide insights, execution feedback, and market learnings

- Coordinate activation activities across Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés/Catering trade-adjacent environments, and digital platforms, working closely with Sales, Route to Consumer, and Trade teams

- Support activation planning and readiness by managing calendars, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring materials, logistics, and agencies are prepared

- Assist in executing consumer events and experiential activations, ensuring alignment with brand standards and compliance requirements

Requirements:

- Minimum 3+ years’ experience

- Experience in consumer activation, trade marketing, or a similar field

- Strong coordination and execution skills across multiple channels and stakeholders

- Experience working with agencies, suppliers, and cross-functional teams

- Strong communication and organizational skills

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

- Fluency in English required
