About the Opportunity We are seeking an Architectural Designer who brings a strong creative eye, excellent communication skills, and the ability to contribute meaningfully within a collaborative team environment. This role focuses on commercial, multifamily, mixed-use, and hospitality projects and offers exposure to larger-scale developments and complex design challenges. This position includes direct interaction with clients, consultants, and internal project teams, making professionalism and communication critical to success.
### Responsibilities
Collaborate with architects and design teams on commercial, multifamily, mixed-use, hospitality, and large-scale development projects. Support projects from schematic design through construction documentation. Develop design concepts using sketches, digital modeling, and rendering software. Produce graphics, diagrams, renderings, and presentation materials for clients and municipal approvals. Participate in client meetings and design discussions. Coordinate with consultants, engineers, project stakeholders, and internal team members. Assist in the preparation of architectural construction drawings and documentation using Revit and AutoCAD. Manage multiple assignments and deadlines simultaneously. Contribute to a collaborative team environment focused on accountability, professional growth, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.
- Revit proficiency required.
- AutoCAD experience preferred.
- SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, Illustrator, and presentation software experience are all strong pluses.
- Ability to produce architectural drawings, construction documents, renderings, and presentations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Royal Oak, MI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
